The entire investing universe has been filtered down to 500 stocks based on subjective evaluation of size, sector and corporate governance of top 2,000 Indian listed companies based on market capitalization. These stocks are then further screened for growth potential, valuations, quality of business & management to arrive at a Alpha 3.0 portfolio constructed on the following logic.

Our Team
Nikunj Gala
Co-founder
Nikunj Gala has over 10 years of experience in Indian equity capital markets. As Co-founder of Pararthya Capital, he brings expertise in fund management and equity research. Previously, he co-managed a ₹1,500+ crore fund at Sundaram Mutual Fund and worked as a buy-side analyst at Principal Mutual Fund and ASK Investment Managers. He also held sell-side roles at IIFL Institutional Equities and ICICI Securities.
His diverse experience across fund management and equity research on both buy- and sell-side domains, combined with his educational background—an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology—positions him as a seasoned investment professional and a trusted leader in capital markets.
Ronak Gala
Co-founder

Ronak Gala is the Co-founder of Pararthya Capital and brings over eight years of experience in building and scaling profitable, service-oriented businesses. A professional equity investor since 2014, Ronak combines his entrepreneurial insights with a strong foundation in finance and investing.

He is also the Co-founder of LeapUp and has a passion for teaching, serving as a visiting faculty at leading institutions like NMIMS, NM College, and Jai Hind College, where he lectures on finance and investing. Ronak holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, and continues to bridge education and entrepreneurship through his extensive experience in the financial domain.
